Sally Rochlin

Sally has extensive experience in strength and conditioning, an in-depth understanding of movement biomechanics, and of course vast skill in the Pilates method . Her integrated approach and progressive programming is next level.

Her aim is to help incorporate Pilates into our everyday lives, so that every movement throughout their day is balanced, efficient, and pain-free. Thus, ultimately leading to better health, longevity, and happiness.

Sally started practising Pilates in her early 20s to address a chronic back injury developed from playing hockey, netball and gymnastics. With daily practice she was about rehabilitate her injuries and her appreciation and passion for the Pilates began.
Inspired to help others alleviate pain and imbalances in their bodies she trained as an instructor with the internationally-recognised Body Arts and Science International (CTTC) in 2013, and has been teaching Pilates ever since.
Also a professional musician (completing a Bachelor of Music in 2008) , pilates has been the best method to manage the physical demands of long hours both, practicing  and performing . Sally has found that Pilates proves particularly helpful for musicians to help them regain balance and improve postural alignment.
Her other areas of interest are chronic pain, low back pain and Pilates for runners. As a music teacher she brings patience , great listening skills and creativity to her pilates teaching. Sally is also passionate about cycling, frisbee and enjoying life to.
