Grant started his career in the health industry as a remedial massage therapist and fitness instructor over a decade ago and began teaching Pilates in 2003.
Grant has a sports massage certificate and a Diploma of Health Science in Remedial Massage. He has worked along side many physiotherapists in private practise and also spent 4 years working with Hawthorn football club.
Grant holds a Diploma of Pilates movement therapy with the Australian pilates method association and gained level 4 APMA Pilates Practitioner certification. With a passion for rehabilitation of long-term back pain, sports injuries and athlete training he has supported many people to achieve better health and fitness. Grant is passionate able ongoing study and is undergoing further studies in sports science degree at Charles Darwin University (currently on pause)
Alongside his love for mountain bike riding, snowboarding and AFL, Grant enjoys walking his beautiful black Labrador Bert and looking after his three children.
