Clare is currently studying exercise and sports science at La Trobe University to complement her passion for Pilates. This passion grew through self-practise for many years and a great appreciation for how Pilates enhances body awareness and builds physical and mental strength.
Clare is a qualified Pilates instructor through the Australian Pilates Method Association gaining her qualifications in 2014. She continues to regularly attend workshops and conferences to further develop and consolidate her knowledge.
She is calm and caring practitioner who enjoys helping clients achieve their individual health and fitness goals. Clare creates a warm and inspiring environment, through her enthusiasm and love of life.
