Melinda completed her Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction with National Pilates Training. She also has an extensive dance background and holds an Advanced Diploma of Dance (Australian Conservatoire of Ballet).
Melinda’s skill in body strength and conditioning will help support you to achieve your movement goals. She understands the importance of creating balance within the body to avoid both injury and the stresses overtraining can place on the body.
Melinda is a warm, caring Pilates instructor. Her classes focus on mindful movements that help you feel calm, connected to your body, and increase your movement confidence.
